Conveyancing Clerk (Kuching Branch)
Skill Required
- SPM or higher

Accounts Executive
(Kuching Branch)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare invoices, journal vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, bank reconciliation, and fixed asset listing.
- Perform account payable functions - issue cheque and process daily online banking payments.
- Prepare payroll, including statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB.
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Co-ordinate and submit E-Invoice.
- Review and ensure the completeness of financial statements.
- Review audited reports, tax computations, and Form C for annual submission.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary on audit, tax, and secretarial matters.
- Process SST submission.
- Liaise with bankers on bank matters.
- Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other equivalent qualifications is required with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills with knowledge of computer literacy.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Litigation Lawyer (Kuching Branch)

- Conveyancing lawyers with sub-sale experience are welcomed if interested in becoming litigation lawyer
